Belgian presidency of the European Union

We are in Liège! a2 won the contract to design and organize an international reception sponsored by the SPF Mobilité et Transport (Belgian transportation ministry) on the occasion of the Belgian presidency of the European Union, bringing together 80 diplomats from 27 countries for 2 days.
On the agenda: archaeological tours of Liège, visits to the Musée des Transports en Commun and Musée Curtius, a musical gala at the Palais des Princes-Evêques, excursions to Francorchamps and a half-day boat tour of the Port of Liège.
Client: SPF Mobilité et Transport.
Contract type: open tender won by a2 in December 2009.
